Last Day of Show!

Today was the last day of the show at the JL Gallery in Corner Brook.  Thanks to everyone that attended!  For anyone that missed the show and events, do not be distraught, I have already begun planning another exhibition.  There will be more opportunities to buy bowls.  For anyone that would like to support or learn more about the project, feel free to e-mail me at erikareid@gmail.com.  I hope to have more pictures up soon and I am continuously creating more bowls.  For anyone in the Corner Brook vicinity, more of my bowls will be shown as part of my graduation exhibition at the Sir Wilfrid Grenfell College Gallery opening April 18th.  Below are some links to some writing that was done about the JL Gallery show.

The Show is Open!

The bowls are finally on display at 86 West Street.  The gallery opening was last night and I'd like to say thanks to everyone that came out to show support.  I was on the Corner Brook Cafe show on Friday to explain about the project and exhibition.  On Monday I'll be on the CBC radio morning show for a short interview so tune in!  I'm continuing with the bowl making and hopefully I'll update my pictures soon so you can view all the bowls to date.  

If you could not make it to the gallery last night, relax -the show is up until March 21 so drop by the JL Gallery at 86 West Street and check it out.  The gallery hours are: 11-4:30 Tuesday-Thursday, 11-4pm on Friday and Saturday.
